The initial process, when clients share their business goals ad I get to start brain storming how to get there. Thinking outside the box to come up with new and creative ways to reach their unique customers. In advertising, lots of money always helps, but most small businesses do not have that luxury. the trick of making the most out of their resources at hand is key.
